Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
What we ask for
Through the quote form or a phone call we collect your name, your phone number and the property postcode, and, only if you offer them, an email address and notes about the work. We do not ask for anything else.
What it is used for
It lets us price the job, arrange the visit and contact you about the booking. Our lawful basis is that this is needed to take the steps you asked for before a contract, and after that our legitimate interest in carrying out the work.
Keeping your details
We delete enquiries that never become bookings after 12 months, and keep records of completed work for six years in case they are needed for tax or a dispute.
Who sees it
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. Your details are never sold or handed to marketing firms. The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and form submissions are passed securely to our booking system.

Your rights
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 2057 and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
